San Juan Lateral Water Treatment: Rapid Mix, Flocculation, and Sedimentation

The pretreatment system consists of rapid mixers, flocculation basins, and sedimentation basins that work together to remove suspended solids (turbidity) and organic matter (total organic carbon) through coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation before the water goes to the filtration process.
